"Ceramics: Mark" – A new exhibition at the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade unveils the story of ceramics through the centuries.
The exhibition Ceramics: Mark presented the richness of the Ethnographic Museum’s ceramic collection and offered insight into the production, use, and development of ceramics in the Serbian cultural area from the first half of the 19th century to the present day. Through objects from the Museum’s collections, visitors were able to follow the journey of clay from a natural material to functional and artistic objects that testify to cultural, technological, and social changes over more than two centuries.
