Museum advisor and pedagogue of the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade, Tijana Čolak-Antić Popović, participated in the conference with a presentation titled:
“Visitors as Researchers in the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade.”

Recognizing that in recent years children and adults increasingly discover cultural heritage together through museum exhibitions, the Ethnographic Museum developed a new educational program titled “The Researcher,” tailored to the needs of visitors of different ages.
The workshop “Find the Hidd_ _ _ Object,” held in 2024 on the occasion of the International Museum Day within the event A Night at the Ethnographic Museum, served as a starting point for the development of new activities — “Researcher at the Ethnographic Museum,” “Little Researcher,” and “Find the Object and Protect Yourself.”

These programs encourage active visitor participation, shared learning, and the creation of a personal connection with museum heritage, strengthening the museum’s role as a space for dialogue and shared experience.
