Mosaic, one of the oldest artistic techniques, served as the starting point for the creative and research process that began with the exhibition Weaving with Stone. Inspired by the ornaments of the Pirot kilim and Serbia’s rich cultural heritage, this exhibition attracted significant public interest, while the mosaic workshop, originally conceived as an accompanying program, gradually evolved into a permanent educational program – the Mosaic School.
The Mosaic School was established in July 2023 and, owing to the great interest of its participants, has continued uninterrupted to this day. The dedication, creativity, and high artistic quality demonstrated in the participants’ works inspired the organization of this exhibition, offering visitors an opportunity to explore and enjoy a diverse selection of mosaic compositions.
The exhibition will remain open until 24 June 2026 and can be visited daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Mosaic School is led by Petar Vujošević, Master of Fine Arts.
