"The manual way, the educated way, and toiling away” at the Ethnographic museum: story of people behind the objects
The exhibition Hand, Hardship and Knowledge explored the lives, knowledge, and skills of the people behind ethnographic objects. Through artifacts, photographs, personal testimonies, and multimedia content, it examined the transformation of folk culture from traditional ways of life to the modern era, highlighting the social and cultural changes that shaped everyday life in Serbia during the 20th century.
